Keeping Markup Markup
While it's occasionally nice to think of XML documents as object serializations or convert them into objects, thinking of them only as objects means keeping track of a huge ugly pile of metadata that grows ever larger

So...
fed up with the visions everyone else was selling, I concocted a few tools which I hope will let us take better advantage of markup's potential: Regular Fragmentations, for more precisely identifying data types in markup, and Markup Object Events, an object-oriented set of tools which is designed to preserve markup's infinite potential for useful idiosyncrasy rather than burying it.
