REBOL

A rebel yell A scripting language built with Internet functionality in mind, REBOL offers an intelligible syntax and built-in extensibility, as well as a non-validating XML parser.
REBOL on the command-line REBOL is extremely handy for tackling small projects, making it a successor in some respects to Unix shell scripts. It's hard to do much with XML this way, though.
REBOL programs REBOL makes it very easy to create programs for receiving and transmitting messages over the Internet, performing automated processing along the way.
REBOL and Unicode REBOL currently supports ASCII text. Unicode support will hopefully develop in the future.
